Kris Humphries is not planning to sue his estranged wife Kim Kardashian for $10 million, it has been reported.

Kris, who is currently undergoing a divorce from Kim following their 72-day marriage, was speculated to have been preparing a lawsuit against the reality starlet.

He was thought to have been concerned with the way he would be depicted in footage on Kim's upcoming reality show Kourtney & Kim Take New York.

Sources close to Kris told TMZ that these claims are completely inaccurate.

Kris and Kim are reportedly on "cordial" terms with one another at the moment.

The professional basketball star is aware that he may be depicted in somewhat of a villainous manner on the programme, sources explain. Although he does not want to look like a bad guy on the show, he has accepted that he has no control over the matter.

Kris may have come to terms with the situation, but members of his family remain upset.

Kris's family and friends maintain that most of his appearances on the show were scripted.

"Little did Kris know that he was being set up," his father William Humphries said to Life & Style magazine earlier this month. "Kris got used 100 percent used."
