Bollywood actor, Lara Dutta who is expecting her first child with Tennis player, Mahesh Bhupathi is eagerly waiting to start working for her future projects. Lara is expected to deliver by next month. However, the actress has confirmed that by May or latest by June, she will start working in films.
"Mahesh has the Olympics. I've motherhood to look forward to. So we've other important commitments. But I most certainly plan to remain an actress and a producer. It's something that I learnt from Shah Rukh Khan during "Don 2"", says Lara.
Well this attitude of Lara should be appreciated, as just after three months of delivery the actor will resume her work. When many B-town actresses take a long break after delivering a baby, Lara sounds an exception. Apparently, the former Miss Universe will start working on her own production house ‘Bheegi Basanti’ post her delivery. The upcoming film would be the second from her production house as the first was "Chalo Dilli" in which the actor shared screen space with the very talented Vinay Pathak. Lara was last seen in Farhan Akhtar’s, "Don 2" and won quite a few accolades for her role in the film.
Asked whether she wants a boy or a girl, she said: "Mahesh and I have no preferences. We're just happy we'll be parents."
