(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Liam Gallagher has revealed that Rod Stewarts 1978 hit Do Ya Think Im Sexy gets him pumped up before going on stage.

The British rocker admitted to listening to the number before shows to get ready to face the audience.

The former Oasis star is currently touring the UK and Ireland with his new band Beady Eye.

When told during an interview that someone in his new crew had said theyd like him to choose a different warm-up track, Liam put his foot down saying the Rod tune really got him in the mood.

"Someone in our camp needs to get a sense of humour," he told BBC Radio 1s Zane Lowe.

Liam also revealed that his new group is doing well so far and that he is grateful fans have accepted that he has moved on from Oasis.

"No-one's been screaming for Oasis songs," he said.

The successful Brit Pop band split in 2009 because of the constant arguing between Liam and his brother Noel, who walked out on the group shortly before they were due to perform in Paris. (C) Cover Media
