(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan is said to be keen to appear as a zombie on a television show.

The American stars career has taken a back seat recently as she has been beset by legal problems. She has spent time in jail and rehab over the last few months and is preparing to go to trial after being accused of stealing a necklace from a jewellery store.

After leaving the Betty Ford Center in January, Lindsay insisted she was only focusing on securing work and returning to shooting movies. It has now been claimed she has her eye on a small role in a spooky TV show to ease her back into acting.

The star is said to love watching The Walking Dead, which follows what happens when zombies take over America. Lindsay is a fan of the show and like the idea of appearing in what would be a fun cameo as a zombie, a source explained.

The 24-year-old apparently thinks she will find it easier to secure television roles than leading parts in films. After leaving rehab she admitted she might find it hard to get insured to be on a movie set, which may be why shes decided to focus on the small screen for now.

She's looking to TV for her comeback now and has a number of potential roles lined up including a sitcom and a supernatural drama, the source added. (C) Cover Media
