(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan rescinds statements claiming that her mother Dina was high on cocaine during their nasty argument.

The troubled Hollywood actress and her mom Dina left a nightclub in New York City Wednesday at around 4am. They returned to Dina's house in Long Island only to become involved in a violent argument, with police rushing to the scene.

Lindsay allegedly suffered a cut to her leg during the scuffle.

Lindsay's father Michael revealed to media outlets that his daughter said Dina was "doing coke" and "acting like the devil".

Lindsay feels betrayed and is upset that she ever spoke to her dad about the situation.

"I told my dad a really hurtful and untruthful lie about my mom. She was not on cocaine," she told TMZ.

"[I'm] done [with him, he] doesn't know what it means to be a father. He doesn't want to be a dad."

The argument reportedly stemmed over a $40,000 loan Lindsay gave Dina to keep their $1.29 million home out of foreclosure.

Although the star did not comment on whether they quarreled over money, she did justify the altercation.

"Daughters have fights with their moms," Lindsay told the website.
