After maintaining stoic silence ever since the project was announced, the cast and crew of 'Maatraan' finally came out in open on Wednesday evening (see promo).

A media meet was organized in Chennai, where the first look and trailer of the movie was launched. Suriya, director K V Anand and producer Kalpathi S Aghoram among others took part in the event.

'Maatraan is one of the important films in my career. I am playing conjoined twins in this movie and Anand has brought out nothing but the best from every one of us,' said Suriya. 

'The hard work of Suriya was amazing. For Maatraan, he has put efforts required for three movies. We have used state of the art technology to entertain and enthrall the audience,' said an excited Anand.

Let’s hope that Maatraan is as promising as they say it is!
