(Cover) - EN Star Style - Mariah Carey says being pregnant is hard when all the other celebrities around her are skinny.

The voluptuous American recording artist is expecting her first child with husband Nick Cannon, but has so far not revealed how far along she is.

The 41-year-old star is enjoying being pregnant, but is still getting used to the way her body has changed.

"It's hard when you have to be in the public eye, and everybody's a US size 2 or a size 0. And you're like, 'Oh, I remember those days!' she laughed to USA Today.

Pregnancy isnt slowing the star down though, rather it has got her even more excited about her new project. She is launching a lifestyle collection on the Home Shopping Network later this month and is seeing the new venture as a means of keeping occupied whilst waiting for her new arrival.

I was looking at the boots, and they're really hot. So that will be an outlet for me, a way that I can keep being creative," she said.

Mariah can also spend her time trying on shoes after revealing Nick bought her an unusually large collection of flats.

Her husband recently discovered she had none, and so is trying to rival her collection of high heels in the hope she might wear more sensible footwear until the baby arrives.
