(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Matt LeBlanc admits he is the laziest guy in the world.

The 43-year-old American actor is currently filming in London for a new UK comedy called Episodes in which he will play himself.

The star confessed that before shooting began, he was enjoying just relaxing after working hard playing Joey Tribbiani in the long-running series Friends.

Following the end of that stint, he then worked on a two-year spin-off show based on the character called Joey.

The actor has enjoyed his involvement with Episodes, but plans to take some time off when shooting has finished.

"My favourite thing is to do nothing. I'm the laziest guy in the world - it'll be nice to go back home now and crawl under a rock," Matt told British newspaper The Sun.

In Episodes, the character Matt LeBlanc uses creative license in reference to the real Matt.

The Episodes character is seen struggling to get through a divorce, and while Matt experienced the break-up of his marriage to Melissa McKnight in 2006, he thinks he dealt with it better than the on-screen version of himself.

"The fictional Matt LeBlanc is a little more damaged emotionally than I am," Matt said. "They said, 'It's a version of you that suits the story and it gives us great creative licence. (C) Cover Media
