Bollywood 's yesteryear superstar, Govinda lied low on the career front for quite some time. But now he is back and how!

He who has signed a couple of films and is already shooting, claims that it is great to make a comeback.

"Be it playing the villian or father, these roles don't take much time, so it has become important that I do more work. I am happy about the new film that we've made," said Govinda who is quite popular with the new crop of actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. All of them have claimed to be his fans.

Govinda states that he is overwhelmed with the respect he has got. "It feels great. I must have done some good deeds, the fruits of which I am reaping today. On my part, I've always worked honestly and with all my heart," he adds.

When asked about his daughter Narmada who has just signed her debut film, Govinda like any other proud father is happy that his daughter is working hard to carve her own way in the industry.

"She is working on her own. She refused a number of films in the past which was her personal choice. But I am happy that she takes her own decisions. She should do good cinema. I never said that I wanted to launch her and I didn't speak to anyone regarding that either," he added.

Looks like life couldn't have been better for this superstar!
