Michael Jackson's siblings prepare for battle'

25th July 2012

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Michael Jackson's siblings have reportedly hired an attorney in their bid to gain control of their late brother's estate and become their mother's conservator.

Janet, Jermaine and Randy Jackson are said to be unhappy with how the executors have handled the singer's assets since his death in 2009.

They have been accused of plotting to get their hands on the substantial income and being behind their mother Katherine's "disappearance" and non-communication with Michael's three children in the past week.

John Branca and John McClain have nearly paid off Michael's $500 million debt with earnings of $475 million in the past few years.

"Janet, Jermaine and Randy feel that they have been left out of all decision making when it comes to Michael, and they want to financially benefit from his estate as well," a source told RadarOnline.

Meanwhile, other sibling Tito Jackson has told TMZ that he wants nothing to do with the plot to overthrow the executors.

"I completely retract my signature from the July 17 letter sent to the Executors of my brother Michael's estate and repudiate all the claims made against them. I don't want any part of that letter whatsoever." (C) Cover Media
