Mila Kunis helped save a man's life over the weekend.

According to TMZ, a 50-year-old man collapsed while working at the actress' house in Los Angeles on Saturday. Mila spotted he was in trouble and immediately went over to see if he was OK.

It has been reported that the unnamed man had suffered a "violent seizure" and was vomiting and coughing up blood after biting his tongue.

"Mila came running, had her friend call 911, then rushed to the man's side," the website reports. "We're told the 28-year-old actress grabbed the man's head... turned it to the side so he wouldn't choke... while another person stuffed a wallet in his mouth so he wouldn't swallow his tongue."

Paramedics quickly arrived at Mila's home and took the man to hospital.

The actress is believed to have offered to accompany him in the ambulance, but was reassured he would be fine.

The man is reported to have made a full recovery.

Mila has had a tumultuous time recently.

Her alleged stalker Stuart Dunn was reportedly detained last week after visiting her gym three days in a row in a bid to see her.

It was also claimed that Dunn had been ordered to stay away from Mila for three years after breaking into her home in January. His recent trips to her gym could mean he has violated the order and he may be sent to prison. Dunn is said to be undergoing an evaluation to determine the status of his mental health.
