Salman Khan's lawyer Amit Desai who is representing him in the 2002 Hit and Run Case, alleged on Monday in the Bombay High Court that there were several discrepancies in the collection of the actor's blood samples and its examination.
The lawyer stated that there was a mismatch between the quantity of blood taken at the hospital and the one received by the forensic lab for examination.
"It appears that what PW-18 (chemical analyser) has received is a completely different sample." said Amit Desai. Besides this, one more revelation has come to the fore that the CA's report does not speak about the percentage of alcohol but talks only about the content of alcohol.
