'Mohenjo Daro' is an upcoming Indian epic adventure-romance film starring Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in the lead. Set in the ancient city of Mohenjo-daro, Sindh, Pakistan in the era of the Indus Valley civilisation that dates back to 2600 BC.

Recently the 'Bang Bang' star shared the release date of the film on twitter, the actor posted, "Journeys that test strength of  character are ones ubshould be most PROUD OF! Its a WRAP! #MohenjoDaro @hegdepooja."

While announcing the wrap up of the film he also announced the release date of the film. Hrithik is seen holding a clap board in his hands which bears the release date of the film imprinted on it and Ashutosh Gowariker is seen standing in the background. 

This film is the second collaboration for Hrithik Roshan and Ashutosh Gowariker after 2008 film 'Jodhaa Akbar'. Directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and co-produced by Ashutosh Gowariker Productions and Disney India, the film will hit the theatres on August 12,2016.
