After giving his stint in Shankar Shanmugam’s Boys, Nakul underwent a character change and delivered performances in movies like Kadhalil Vizhundhen, Masilamani and Kandha Kottai.  The actor who was on a break, is now all set to be back in action.

Nakul is now ready to bounce back, with film titled Vallinam directed by Arivazhagan,  of Eeram fame. The movie will be produced by Aascar Films V Ravichandran for which Thaman will compose the music.

Interestingly, Arivazhagan, Nakul and Thaman had worked under Shankar earlier as well. While the Eeram maker is a former associate to Shankar, Nakul and Thaman had played lead roles in Boys. Now the three have come together for Vallinam.

Says Nakul, 'Vallinam is backed by a strong script. Arivazhagan has loaded the film with all necessary commercial ingredients, including friendship, love and action. I am playing a volley ball player who has to come across many hurdles.'
