Recently the actor had himself visited registrar's office to register for this noble cause informed a source.
In September 2015 itself he had begun helping the farmers' families from his earnings. Speaking to one of the leading publications regarding farmer suicides due to droughts, he said, "There could be a farmers' revolution. If farmers can kill themselves, they could kill others too and if this thought of a 'revolution' persists, farmers could become Naxals."
