The political fallout resulted in the couple and their children receiving death threats from terrorists.

The director, Doug Liman, sent me off to boot camp! He thought it was important that I had the same tough exterior in the movie as Valerie, and that I looked too soft and maternal, she told Stylist magazine. As Doug was walking out [of the boot camp] they kicked me in the shins and threw me to the ground. When I went, Ow! they said, Dont say that again unless you need to go to the hospital.

After rigorous training for the role, the blonde actress feels like she is well-equipped to take on another action-packed movie, although she doesnt believe the opportunity will present itself again.
