Natalie Portman has sparked rumours that she has secretly married Benjamin Millepied.

The couple got together while working on Oscar winning movie Black Swan and now have a seven-month-old son together, Aleph.

While accepting her Best Actress Academy Award at last year's ceremony she was wearing just her engagement ring.

But at yesterday Oscars, the 30-year-old appeared to be wearing what looked like a wedding band in addition to her diamond sparkler.

Her Black Swan choreographer partner Benjamin, 34, was also pictured wearing a platinum band on his wedding finger.

Natalie has mainly stayed out of the spotlight since her win last year and has only been seen on a handful of occasions out with her family.

The pair proudly walked the red carpet yesterday and she was seen planting a kiss on her lover's cheek.

The notoriously private star has not made any announcement that she has tied the knot and her representative has not replied to a request for confirmation on the matter.
