There is no dearth of Bollywood stars who are constantly looking for ways to quit the unhealthy habit of smoking.
From Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Salman Khan to Ranbir Kapoor, the list is endless.
They all have at some point of time in life tried quitting cigarettes.
Though Salman managed to successfully do that, there are still many in the waiting list. And the latest to join the club is critically acclaimed actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
Not many know that Nawaz is a compulsive smoker and his health has had to suffer a few setbacks due to the same. He too recently realised that his habit was becoming quite a worry for him.
When asked why is quitting becoming more difficult for him, he complaints that it is the erratic schedule and the hectic nature of the industry that has often taken a toll on him.
Nawaz further explains that it is due to the pressure that it has become impossible for him to quit now.
Though he is trying his best to kick the butt, he states how it seemed unattainable at one point of time.
"There was a time when I had even stopped thinking about how bad smoking is. But now I really want to quit," he confessed.
Now that he is determined to quit, we hope he finds his way!
