Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji secretly got married to her long time beau Aditya Chopra in Italy last month.

The couple kept the details of their marriage closely wrapped as they didn't intend to have undue media attention on the new phase of their relationship.

This was the prime reason that Rani too kept away from media eye.

The actress postponed the launch of her film's poster as she didn't want to answer questions about marriage.

But this hasn't kept Rani away from resuming work.

While other Bollywood stars take at least a couple of months off to enjoy the honeymoon phase of their marriage, Rani has decided to resume work already.

The actress got hitched to Aditya Chopra on April 21 and she is all set to complete the final leg of her film 'Mardaani's shoot which she will resume on May 28.

Before heading to Italy for her marriage, the actress had completed a major chunk of shooting so that the team can work on the editing and other technical details while she was on leave.

The whole event was meticulously planned but no one was aware of her marriage plans.
