The previous year was very controversial for Kangana Ranaut following up a banter with Karan Johar on nepotism. As of now, 2018 begins with a positive note and the actress confirmed to be coming together with the filmmaker on a TV show.
Johar who is now the judge of a reality TV show 'India's Next Superstars' speaks that he will lovingly welcome the Queen actress if the channel decides to invite her, and yes Kangana is about to make an appearance on the show as a guest. To this Kangana Ranaut said, "I am looking forward to being on the show. It is a professional commitment for which I'm being paid. What is delightful is that Karan is okay with doing the show with me and seems to be slowly warming up to me."
Kangana and Karan exchanged some harsh comments on each other after the actress alleged the filmmaker of being a 'flag-bearer of nepotism'. While Karan had a befitting reply for the actress and he replied 'clearly learnt those 12 lines' and said he was tired of the actress playing the woman and victim cards often. While Kangana argued and said its all about playing the 'badass card'. Karan even joked around with Kangana and made a funny statement along with Saif Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan by shouting 'Nepotism rocks' for which he apologised later.
Talking about joining the show along with Karan, Kangana said, "I am the epitome of the tagline being a self-made woman and actress myself, which is precisely why the channel wants me." The 30-year-old actress also said, "I have not gone back on my ideology. I stick to what I believe in. I have already written an open letter on it, but I am open to discussing any subject. Nepotism is a great subject to be discussed."
This brand new TV show on Star network is all about finding fresh talent for Bollywood.
