Both Dharam Oberoi and Sanjay Dutt are keen on remaking Raj Sippy's 1977 thriller 'Inkaar' and have reportedly approached the producer for the rights of the film.
News is that Dharam has paid only an initial amount of Rs.7-8 lakhs, whereas Sanjay has offered to pay Raj the entire amount of Rs.75 lakhs for the remake rights. Dutt and Sippy go a long way along; they have worked together in many movies in the past.
Both Dutt and Oberoi who are now on talking terms, are keen on remaking the film and cross swords again.
Interestingly, Dharam Oberoi has approached Anurag Basu to direct the remake.
The producer also wants the 'Mungda' song to be re-modelled. And as per reports, he is planning to get Sunny Leone to perform on the number.
