Director Pandiraj's forthcoming film set in North Madras will feature Oiya of 'Kalavani' fame in the lead role. Popular television anchor Siva Karthikeyan is the hero.

Pandiraj shot to fame with 'Pasanga' followed by 'Vamsam' starring Arulnidhi in the lead role. Both films fetched him rich laurels from various quarters.

His next venture, according to sources, is basically a love story and is set in the North Madras milieu, where children allegedly grow up with rowdies of the area as their role model.

Pandiraj says says, “I am currently busy shooting my next film. It will be released soon. I seek the support of Tamil audience.”
