(Cover) - EN Showbiz - A pair of womens pants that used to belong to Britains Queen Elizabeth II is being put up for auction, it has been reported.
The old-fashioned style undergarment is understood to have come into the possession of a famous Miami playboy called Joseph de Bicske Dobronyi, also known as Sepy, after the item was accidentally left on a plane during a foreign royal visit.
A friend is reported to have picked up the cream cotton pants, and passed them onto Sepy.
After his death in June, Sepys estate is now reportedly planning to auction off this rare royal collectors item.
The pair of panties came in to the possession of a famous Miami playboy named Baron Joseph de Bicske Dobronyi - or Sepy, as he was known. As the story goes, Sepy got them from a friend after they were left on a private plane when the Queen visited Chile in 1968, The American website TMZ reported.
The classic-style underwear garment has a lace trimming and embroidered detail around the edges.
It has reportedly been in Sepys collection for more than 40 years and the deceaseds estate is hoping to raise around $9,000 for the royal memorabilia.
We're told the estate will offer them up to the same auction house that sold Queen Victoria's undies back in 2008, and they hope to get the same price - around $9,000, the website reported. (C) Cover Media
