December 20, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The Grammy winning pop star Lady Gaga is one singer, who has developed a very strong bond with her fans across the world and claims to love her fans as they do her. But the same bond was little weakened on this Sunday when Gaga had to give a miss to her Paris Bercy venue as part of her Monster Ball Tour.
However, the 24 year old was quick to give an explanation to her fans. Lady Gaga posted a picture of her in Twitter that showed the grey weather. Below this, she wrote that she was stuck on bus. Gaga said that she did not like to dishearten her fans by cancelling any of her shows but it was unavoidable as all her 28 trucks were detained by the French government and two of her employees were arrested.
The French government banned heavy vehicles over 7.5 tons to move around the road because of the risky weather conditions. So, when Gagas employees tried to enter Paris with the huge trucks containing the equipments and props for the Monster Ball, they were detained.
Reacting on this, Gaga said that she is very angry, furious and devastated because this disheartened her fans. She added that she tried to cut down the theatrics but other production resources were also in those detained 28 trucks, so these attempts were in vain. She did not have sound or power source to start the show.
Lady Gaga apologized to her fans through Twitter for this inconvenience. She was very disappointed with the government and said that it was injustice to her fans. The cancelled show will now take place on Tuesday and hope that her fans will understand the plight of their favorite singer!
