The comedy flick, 'Piku' directed by Shoojit Sircar that hit the screens on 8 May has garnered positive reviews and accelerated on the second day.

The film starring, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan in key roles collected approx 14.02 cr at the domestic box office.

On Friday it grossed 5.32 cr and on Saturday it showed an improvement by collecting 8.70 cr.

With the word of mouth, Piku is riding high, performing excellently in the multiplexes and if the current pick up ratio holds up, the film has a chance to boom a collection of approx 20 crores in the opening weekend.
