Now that his stamp is indelible in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada industries, Prakash Raj is ready to carve a niche for himself in Malayalam. He has signed a movie with Mohanlal and is extremely happy about it.

Titled "Spirit", the film will be directed by ace Mollywood movie maker Ranjith. It will have Mohanlal, Kaniha and Prakash Raj in lead roles. Known to be a thriller, the movie is expected to hit the floors soon.

A happy Prakash Raj wrote on his micro blogging page, 'Finalized a film in malayalam. Due since a long time. Mohanlal, Kaniha, Prakash Raj in director Ranjith’s "Spirit". Shoot in march. Cheerss!!!'

A couple of weeks ago, Prakash Raj made his directorial debut in Kollywood with "Dhoni", a film on pressure on school going children. The movie won rave reviews and this has made the actor-producer-director happy.
