Priyanka Chopra fans must have got the shock of their life when it came as a news that the actress met with an accident while performing an action sequence on the sets of her American TV series 'Quantico' season 2. According to some reports, the actress fell on her head during filming a stunt scene and suffered a concussion. She was rushed to the hospital immediately and was treated on an urgent basis. She even got discharged a few hours later.

The actress finally confirmed her good health by tweeting about it on her official Twitter handle. She tweeted, "Thank you for all of your warm thoughts and well wishes.I will be ok, and am looking forward to getting back to work as soon as I can.much❤️."

The actress was even absent on the press meet of 'Quantico.'
