The upcoming Yash Raj Films project titled 'Gunday' which stars Ranveer Singh opposite Priyanka Chopra, along with Arjun Kapoor and Irrfan Khan, has been in the news ever since it was announced by the production house last year. The movie which was expected to release this year, has been pushed to February, 2014.

But looks like the fans are in for a double bonanza next year, as Ranveer and Priyanka have been roped in yet again, but this time not as a romantic pair, but as siblings.

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar, who was planning a project with real-life cousins Ranbir Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor, was unable to bring the two together as they both backed out of the project.

The reason why Kareena didn't want to be a part of the film is because she was skeptical of playing Ranveer's sister who has replaced Ranbir.

Unfortunately, this is the second time Ranveer has missed a chance to work with Kareena. The first time was for 'Ram Leela' where Kareena was approached to play the lead, but since she opted out, Kareena was replaced by Deepika Padukone.

Now, let's see if fans get to see Priyanka and Ranveer play the onscreen romantic duo or wear the siblings' hat first.
