Puneeth Rajkumar's book on his legendary father titled 'Person behind Personalities' is in its final stage of completion. He said the book would be released in June. The pictorial book has 1,800 rare photographs of the legendary actor. Most of the photographs have been seen by the public and showcase many private moments of the man.

These pictures show Rajkumar with family members, personalities from various walks of life and friends. It also contains articles from eminent persons, who knew Rajkumar personally. The book has been in production for three years now and Puneeth has completed the enormous task of collecting the photographs from various sources.

The publishing house Kumble Publications, (belongs to Anil Kumble's brother Dinesh Kumble), has already been entrusted with the task and the design has already been finalized. All the proceeds from the first run of the book will be given to various charities being run by the Rajkumar family. Puneeth was the first son of Rajkumar to act in films. He started as a child artiste before his two elder brothers Shiva and Raghavendra Rajkumar. Mr L Subramaniam, the violinist, will give a concert of Dr. Rajakumar's film songs style at the book release. The book is tentatively priced at Rs. 1,250.
