'Fanney Khan' makers finally unveiled the film's teaser for the eagerly waiting fans. It features a glimpse of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao and we are introduced to their characters from the film finally.

The teaser begins with Rao's voiceover explaining the actual meaning of Fanne Khan as he says "Fanne Khan! Iss naam k kayi mayne hotey hai, kalakaar, funkaar, singer, jadugar, ya koi kamaal ka hee bewakoof, bass jiske sath maza ah jaye na, usae kehtey hai Fanne Khan." 

We see Aishwarya grooving looking gorgeous as always. However, it is the central character Anil Kapoor who treats Mohammed Rafi and Shammi Kapoor like god and begin playing a Jazz trumpet. Click here to watch the teaser. 

On working with fine actors like Aishwarya and Anil Kapoor in Fanney Khan, Rajkummar Rao said in a statement "I had a great experience working with both Aishwarya and Anil sir. Fanney Khan has shaped out quite well. I am very happy with the film."

Aishwarya and Anil Kapoor have worked together in films like 'Taal' and 'Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai'. Helmed by Atul Manjrekar, Fanney Khan is the Bollywood adaptation of the Oscar-nominated Dutch film 'Everybody's Famous' and also deals with the theme of body-shaming.

The film is bankrolled by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and T-Series' Bhushan Kumar and is slated to release on the August 3.
