RGV is all set to make the sequel of 2004 hit movie ‘Ab Tak Chappan’ with old pal Sahil Saple as the director of the film.

Seven years after the first movie release, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is all geared up to launch the sequel of 2004 hit crime flick ‘Ab Tak Chappan’. While Nana Patekar will reprise his role as the lead actor of the film, Sahil Saple will replace Shimit Amin as the director of the film.

Apparently, Ram Gopal Varma had a fallout with director Shimit Amin during the filming of the first film as Amin had shot excessive footage, which concerned the producer that the film would go over budget. And so, Ramu has decided to rope in his associate Sahil Saple to direct the sequel.

The film is set to go on floors in 2012.
