In recent times, lots of Telugu films are getting remade in Tamil. Following the huge success of Puri Jaganath's 'Pokkiri', Salman Khan has decided to go for more remakes. The film 'Ready' that had Ram and Genelia D' Souza in lead roles, was a big. Touted to be a family entertainer, the film happens to be one of the top drawers of the Telugu film industry and crossed 175 days.

Later, Dhanush remade the film as 'Uthama Puthiran', with the same actress Genelia starring in the female lead role. Witnessing the grand success in both the versions, the film is now getting remade in Hindi with the title 'Ready'. Salman Khan has donned the lead role and Asin has done Genelia's role. The film is hitting screens this Friday and the expectations have mounted to a great degree. Especially, Ram who played the lead role in original version is curiously waiting for the film as he is an ardent fan of Salman Khan.
