Rana Daggubati might be the top star in the Tollywood industry, but at home his star is his little sister Malavika. Today as the whole of India celebrates Raksha Bandhan, a festival dedicated to all the brothers and sisters, Rana speaks about his sister and that he will miss her once she gets married.
Well, the Daggubati family have been busy preparing for the wedding that will take place on 12th August, 2012.
When asked what he will be gifting his sister, he said he didn't know. He suddenly realized that she is all grown up as her marriage is fixed.
Rana is just three years older to her, but when they were little, the age difference seemed more. Since Malavika was in the U.S. completing her studies they didn't spend much time together until she came came back to India when they purchased a new house.
The Raksha Bandhan ceremony is a grand affair in their family as they live in a joint family where Venkatesh's daughters also tie rakhi for him.
So, we're guessing this year is all for Malavika as this will be her last Raksha Bandhan with her brother until she gets married.
