Some of the major portions of Ranbir Kapoor starrer Imtiaz Ali’s directorial film ‘Rockstar’ were shot in the beautiful valley of Kashmir. After a long time a Bollywood film has been so prominently shot there and Imtiaz is itching to go back to the valley once again.

Imtiaz Ali recently revealed that the concert that was planned for Kashmir never saw the light of day merely for the fact that the unit was extremely tied up with commitments. However he stated that he along with Ranbir intends to go on a short trip to Kashmir to thank the people there for being cooperative throughout the whole shooting schedule.

Imtiaz stated that they were warmly accepted and were assisted by the locales and hence they too want to return the pleasantries. He says that he would urge his colleague in the Hindi Film Industry to comeback to nature’s lap and shoot their films over there.
