The super success of the movie Rockstar has the Kapoor lad double his fees for his upcoming films!

Not even a week into the release of his latest film Rockstar and Ranbir Kapoor has raised his fees from eight crore rupees to a whopping 15 crores owing to his much acclaimed performance in the film.

Ranbir who is currently working on Anurag Basu's Barfee and Ayan Mukerji's Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani, is charging Rs 8 crore for both. However, according to the reports, all other films that Ranbir will sign post Rockstar's release will have the actor charging them a fee of 15 crores.

Nevertheless it hasn't stopped the industrywallahs from signing the Kapoor kid as Ranbir seems to be the next big thing in Bollywood. Even though certain section of the audience did not give 'Rockstar' a positive feedback,  no one doubted Ranbir's effortless performance as a rockstar in the movie.

Seems like superstar Ranbir is all set to give a tough competition to his contemporaries!
