Stars who are less popular, trend among the 'brands' genre. But some of these celebs miss out on brand endorsement deals due to their high fees, despite a low product sale for the brand.

But actor Ranveer Singh had a totally different reason to be fired by an International mobile brand company.

Based on sources, the brand was quite upbeat when bringing Ranveer onboard as its ambassador, but the actor soon started throwing star tantrums, which to some extent was expected by the brand. But things apparently got sour when Ranveer even started interfering with the brand promotion activities, which certainly did not go well with the corporate team.

Ranveer, who has completed shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film 'Ram Leela', and is currently working on Vikramaditya Motwane's 'Lootera', has apparently ruffled some feathers with Vikramaditya and the team as well. The movie production has come to a standstill as Ranveer has refused to clean-shave for the pending shoot sequences of the movie.

The actor claims that he has already committed to Bhansali to maintain his beard-mustache 'Ram Leela' look intact for the movie promotions.

There are speculations that the brand too was hoping to run campaigns with Ranveer in a clean-shaven look which is not happening, given Ranveer is adamant to maintain his 'Ram Leela' avatar.

Let's hope Ranveer can strike the right balance when calling his shots and going with the flow in tinsel town. This would only help the actor's career graph to be more consistent, which seems a little jittery for now.
