(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Reese Witherspoon has been admired for her impressive parenting skills while still being able to "produce great work".

The Hollywood actress is mom to daughter Ava, 11, and seven-year-old son Deacon with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. The 35-year-old star, who recently married Jim Toth, has been praised for her ability to juggle her family and work life.

Alison Sweeney says the blonde beauty is a credit to mothers across the globe, and insists she should be recognised for her parenting skills.

"I would say Reese Witherspoon," Alison said, when asked which Hollywood mom she respects the most.

"[She is] someone who I think is a great mom, has been through a lot and she just has a great attitude and she really just produces great work and tries to stay out of the spotlight and is successful and hardworking. I admire her."

Alison is famed for her role in long running NBC drama Days of our Lives. She is now going to appear on upcoming show Hollywood Moms' Club.

The 34-year-old reality TV star, who has two children, says having a family to take care of when juggling a career in the film and television industry is tough.

"I think that what we do is give of ourselves, as moms and parents and women, is to everybody else and you feel so much responsibility," she told OK! magazine. "I do it, too, and it's important, but when I am home I try to be the best parent that I can be." (C) Cover Media
