(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Reese Witherspoon has married fianc Jim Toth.

The 35-year-old Hollywood star tied the knot with the Hollywood agent on Saturday evening at Reeses ranch estate in California, after getting engaged last December.

The ceremony was a private affair, restricted to friends and family, including her two children, Ava, 11, and Deacon, seven, and Hollywood stars, Rene Zellweger, Salma Hayek , Scarlett Johansson and Robert Downey Jr.

Reese reportedly wore a custom-designed Monique Lhuillier gown to the affair, and was accompanied by best friend Heather Rosenfield, who was the matron of honour. The couple exchanged wedding bands designed by William Goldberg.

The ceremony lasted 20 minutes on the actresses private 6-acre ranch, free from prying eyes.

This is the Legally Blonde stars second time down the aisle, after her marriage to fellow actor Ryan Phillippe ended in divorce in 2007.

"[Reese] really wants to be married and have that security with someone. They feel like they've hit the jackpot in this relationship!" a source told US magazine, before adding, "He's a very confident guy who takes care of her." (C) Cover Media
