Ricki Lake and her fianc Christian Evans eloped on Sunday.

The 43-year-old talk show host had been dating her beau for nearly two years and he proposed to her last summer.

People magazine revealed that the couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony in Southern California.

"It was a beautiful moment I will never forget," Ricki said of her special day. "I wasn't anxious or nervous. I was really relaxed and excited."

Ricki divorced from her first husband Rob Sussman in 2003 and had vowed she would never walk down the aisle again. She had two sons with him; Milo, 15, and Owen, 10.

"I didn't think it would happen at this point in my life," Ricki said about her relationship with Christian. "We just clicked. It just feels like he was the right one all along."
