On Thursday Bombay High Court discharged Rinke Khanna from a domestic violence complaint filed by her father Rajesh Khanna's live-in partner Anita Advani.

Former actress' lawyer cleared that she had nothing to do with the case, as she is currently residing in Kolkata with her husband.

Prior to this Anita had also filed a case against Rajesh Khanna's immediate family- Dimple Kapadia, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna.

She had filed that case on the basis of ill treatment towards her and asking her to leave the actor's bungalow post his death. Later she also asked for an accommodation in Bandra. 

After Rinke, HC court will hear Dimple, Twinkle and Akshay's plea on April 8.
