January 17, 2011 (Sampurn Wire): Robert Pattinson has come out of the Breaking Dawn sets and is now busy with his next project Water For Elephants. Recently, the actor was seen bruised and injured all over his face, which was covered with blood.

The fans of Twilight star were touched to see the actor in such a condition even though it was just a makeup and not real blood on his face. The vampire is seen bleeding for the sake of his role in the film. Pattinson had to re-shoot some scenes of the movie and this particular scene required him to show bruised and injured.

This movie stars Academy Award winner actress Reese Witherspoon. It is based on a bestselling book, which is set to release in April.

Pattinsons injured condition looked worse on his handsome face, which is loved by millions of fans. In this movie, Robert plays Jacob Jankowski, who falls in love with a circus performer essayed by Reese Witherspoon. One of the creatures needs to attack his character in the movie.

We hope, the fans of Pattinson will be relieved now to realize that their favourite star is not injured in real life and the blood were just part of his makeup.
