Robert Pattinson tells everyone "giant bags" of chocolate are healthy, so that he can enjoy his guilty pleasure in peace.

The Twilight star likes to relax away from the glare of the media spotlight. Robert says aside from unwinding with his "cool little" dog, Bear, he enjoys another tasty pastime.

"I go through giant bags of M&Ms every week. I tell everyone they're really good for you," he teased in an interview with British magazine more!

Robert is lusted after by women the world over, thanks to his role as the mysterious vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight film franchise.

The British actor has recalled his strangest fan experience.

"I was shooting a movie in Barcelona and there was a girl who was a kind of stalker. She'd ask for my autograph every single day," he explained.

"So one night I said, 'Do you want to have dinner with me?' She took me to her parents' restaurant and they had to pay the bill. It was ridiculous."
