Actor Saif Ali Khan's brawl with an NRI businessman has landed him in numerous problems. Right from attending case hearings to RTI activitist asking the law to strip of his Padma Shri Award, the actor is in a big mess.

Latest development in this case is, the actor is asked to appear in the court on June, 18 for its trial.

The incident took place in February 2012, when Saif was having dinner along with his friends Malaika Arora Khan, Amrita Arora , Amrita's husband Shakeel Ladak, sister-in-law Karisma Kapoor and now wife Kareena Kapoor Khan.

The complainant filed a complaint against the actor for assaulting him and then hitting him hard. However, the actor says that he had provoked him, as he used abusive language against the women, who were along with the actor.
