Rumours stay afloat in Bollywood, like what air is to earth. There is a new rumour at every drop of the hat and hence it comes as no surprise that often the stars embroiled in controversies, find themselves clarifying the same for most if the times.

The latest story to create a buzz is about an upcoming Karan Johar film. Now that he is all set to make a film after 2 years, (last film he directed was 'Student of the Year' which released in 2012), he is set to make this film with Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in the lead.

While it's obvious that Ranbir will be cast with Anushka, it was rumoured that Aishwarya was to be cast opposite Saif Ali Khan in the same movie. But if Saif is to be believed, he said that the film was never offered to him in first place.

He exclaims that there is no truth in the story as he has never been a part of the talked about film.

Now that the confirmation has come right from the horse's mouth, we hope gossip mongers will refrain from spreading such baseless rumours.
