Salman Khan had recently asked for exemption from appearing in the Jodhpur court citing health issue for the Arms Act case.
In the media, Salman has denied all allegations upon him in his statement and said he has been framed. The next hearing of the case is on May 4th, 2015.
The actor was accused of carrying illegal arms with expired licenses during poaching of black bucks on the midnight of October 1-2 1998.
Salman was at that point of time, shooting for the film, 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.
