Grapevine is abuzz with news that superstar Salman Khan might lead the much talked about film 'Shuddhi' that initially had Kareena Kapoor Khan and Hrihtik Roshan playing the lead.

Director Karan Malhotra's 'Shuddhi' that is being produced by Karan Johar was apparently stalled when Hrithik and Bebo who were allegedly also linked in the past, opted out of it. 

Later, reports were rife that current flames Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will take over after their sizzling chemistry in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Ram-Leela'. 

However, now we hear that Salman Khan is leading the names of actors shortlisted for the role, and KJo clearly has mentioned that no one yet has been signed for the film.

Meanwhile, the filmmaker is making a film with Akshay Kumar titled 'Warrior' helmed by Punit Malhotra and KJo's favourite, Siddharth Malhotra will share screen space with Akki in the film.
