Superstar Salman Khan's trial under the Arms Act will now resume on July 20. Earlier, the actor's petition for re-examination of the five witnesses was rejected by the trial court followed by the sessions court. 

He then moved to High Court and now, until the HC decides with criminal miscellaneous petition, the progress of the case will be at halt at trial court.

Salman appeared at trial court for recording his statement on April 29 and pleaded innocence in the Arms Act Case. The actor recently wrapped up with the shoot of 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' whose teaser already created a sensation garnering thumbs up.
