Salman lends a helping hand to Sonu

28th February 2013

Recently, Bollywood Actor Sonu Sood injured himself badly at a CCL match and suffered from multiple fractures in his right leg. He underwent a surgery and has been advised to take complete bed rest for the next six weeks.

Any actor in his place would've lost all the plum offers in hand as no filmmaker would prefer to wait that long. But despite suffering from the injury, we can easily say that Sonu is the luckiest.

Not only has his under-production filmmakers vouched to wait for him to recover, but his friend Salman Khan has also offered him a role in his next.

Sonu, who stars in the remake of 'Zanjeer' and Prabhu Deva's next has been assured that his roles in both the films won't go to anyone as the teams are ready to wait till he recovers.

On the other hand, Salman who was determined to remake Mahesh Manjrekar's Marathi movie has offered Sonu to play the lead. Salman was originally supposed to play the role but he changed his mind and offered the role to Sonu instead.

And the good part is that Sonu will be shooting for the same during his recovery period as the character required to be in a wheelchair and later on crutches. Sonu's dates will not go in vain afterall.
