Just recently it was reported that after being through the grueling schedule of Indian Premiere League matches, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was looking forward to start the work on his forthcoming films, before which he also planned to go on a family break. Citing his busy schedule, SRK wouldn't attend the International Indian Film Academy [IIFA] Awards this year. 

But we hear that his arch rival, Salman Khan, despite of being in the midst of shooting two films, 'Ek Tha Tiger' and 'Dabangg 2' has decided to squeeze out time from his schedule to attend the IIFA awards which are being held at Singapore this year. 

The three-day extravaganza event begins on Thursday, June 7 in the Lion City of Singapore and it will be attended by all the bigwigs of Bollywood. 

While Salman has performed at previous editions of IIFA awards, this year, he will be merely attending the award function as he has no time to prepare for the gala performances for the award's night.
