(Cover) - EN Showbiz - The woman identified as being Arnold Schwarzenegger's former mistress has reportedly hired a top law firm to represent her.

Earlier this month it was announced that Maria Shriver and Arnold, actor and former Governor of California, had called time on their 25-year marriage.

Arnold then announced he had fathered a child with another woman while married to Maria, with RadarOnline, TMZ and Star magazine soon identifying Arnold's former mistress as Mildred Patricia Baena, who is known as Patty.

Lawyer Michael Saltz has reportedly confirmed that Mildred is being represented by the company Jacobson, Russell, Saltz & Fingerman, explaining there are currently no plan to file litigation and declining any more comments to The Associated Press.

RadarOnline reports that it received a letter from the Los Angeles law company challenging "unflattering reports" about Mildred, who worked as a housekeeper for Arnold and his family until around a month ago.

Meanwhile, former employees have claimed that Maria feared Arnold had been "fooling around" with past staff members who left in unusual circumstances.

"Maria didn't suspect for one second that Patty was messing about with her husband. But there were others who she wasn't quite so sure about," the source is quoted as saying in British newspaper The Daily Mirror.

"It's perhaps little surprise that after suspicions were aroused, they subsequently didn't last long in employment." (C) Cover Media
